ORGANIZATION
SPRING Singapore is the enterprise development agency responsible for helping Singapore enterprises to grow. In line with this responsibility, SPRING promotes productivity among a broad base of SMEs. SPRING is also directly responsible for championing the productivity of the retail, food service, and general manufacturing sectors. We work with partners to help enterprises in financing, capability and management development, technology and innovation, and accessing new markets. As the national standards and accreditation body, SPRING develops and promotes an internationally recognized standards and quality assurance infrastructure that builds trust in Singapore’s enterprises, products, and services, thereby enabling their global competitiveness and facilitating global trade.
Mission and Vision

ACTIVITIES
Training, policy- and action-oriented research, technical assistance/consultancy services, and publication in the areas of:
- Good governance (public-sector reform, corruption prevention, integrity development, electoral reform, transparency and accountability in governance, fiscal accountability, citizens' charter)
- Productivity and quality (SME productivity and development, value chain productivity management, ISO-aligned QMS, Green Productivity, agricultural productivity, productivity and quality improvement/management)
- Knowledge management (organizational development, human capital development, knowledge sharing of best practices, knowledge audit, knowledge mapping, knowledge solutions)
- Sustainable human development (social equity advancement through rural development, community development, environmental management, e-community development)
