current productivity movement in the light of
rapid economic, social and technological changes
and productivity issues of strategic importance
the NPOs like to focus.
Topic B: APO's future
directions. The APO Two-Year Plan 2004 and 2005
which was proposed by the Secretariat should also
be examined.
Topic C: Constraints for
implementing APO activities and measures to overcome
them.
Topic D: Measures to alleviate
financial constraints in hosting APO projects.
Discussion should include use of discount air
tickets and local implementation costs.
Topic E: NPO networking
and alliances with domestic and foreign organizations.

existing coordination mechanism between the NPOs
