SUMMARY:Conference on Green Productivity 2.0
DESCRIPTION:The APO established GP to integrate productivity enhancement and environmental protection. Over three decades\, this initiative has equipped members with tools and methodologies for achieving sustainable development. However\, rapid advances in technology\, increasing emphasis on net-zero emission policies\, and the UN SDGs require GP to be revised to meet evolving demands. With the support of a special cash grant from the Government of Japan\, GP 2.0 introduces sector-specific elements forming a comprehensive ecosystem. This new initiative will support enhanced productivity while meeting global sustainability commitments. \nTo promote and discuss GP 2.0\, the APO collaborated with Pakistan to organize this conference. With the active involvement of Pakistan in promoting GP through demonstration projects\, certification\, and a technical working group\, this conference will also share the impact of GP implementation in the country as well as in other members. \nFor more details please click on PN.
