SUMMARY:Study Mission on Advanced Industrial Technologies for Digital\, Lowcarbon Transformation
DESCRIPTION:The Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology (NPO Turkiye) established 10 model factories (learning factories) in 10 provinces to guide manufacturers across the country. Consultants in those factories in Turkiye are providing lean transformation consultancy to manufacturers. Now the challenge is providing digital transformation consultancy besides lean transformation consultancy. \nThe current gap in digital readiness across many Turkish factories\, combined with limited local examples of successful lean–digital integration\, underscores the need for a structured\, strategic approach. To address this\, a group of model factory consultants will undertake a study mission to the COE on SM and successful companies to observe best practices\, gain practical insights\, and explore how ROC manufacturers have successfully aligned digital solutions. By doing so\, Turkish consultants aim to enhance their own competencies\, develop a transformation framework tailored to the Turkish industrial context\, and ultimately support local manufacturers in navigating the digital era. \nFor more details please click on PN.
