SUMMARY:Workshop on Need Assessment of APO Members in Public-sector Productivity
DESCRIPTION:The COE on PSP has identified key areas for improvement based on past experience\, including more comprehensive competency assessments\, incorporating insights and feedback from APO members into program initiatives\, and maintaining adaptability\, relevance\, and responsiveness to the rapidly changing dynamics of PSP. The COE on PSP is refocusing its operations starting from 2024. The emphasis will be on understanding the unique requirements of APO members in PSP. The center will reassess and realign its strategic directions and interventions according to the new guidelines provided for COE.
