Productivity Talk on 29 July 2021

The APO Presents Productivity Talk on Green Urban Farming on 29 July 2021

In this P-Talk, Prof. Dr. Jamal Uddin will discuss how rooftop agriculture can contribute to economic empowerment and food security.

Gary Law will talk on the worldwide business potential of urban vertical farming and its recent trends.

Urban farming allows people to grow their own high-quality, nutritious food, contributing to food security and stimulating the local economy. The most popular forms are urban farms, community gardens, rooftop plots, and hydro/aquaponics. Urban farming is important when food transport is disrupted in situations like COVID-19.
