A model framework is set out for cooperation between the APO and NPOs in the development of productivity-related courses. It is based on a review and synthesis of country papers, resource persons’ presentations, and discussions during the Workshop on Development of Courses for Productivity Practitioners at Institutes of Technology held in May 2014 in Taipei, the ROC.
This working paper synthesizes the findings of a workshop held in March 2015 in the ROC. It also suggests further work by the APO in the area of Green Productivity in the region.
This handbook is a follow-up initiative based on suggestions and recommendations by participants in the APO Workshop on SME Productivity Measurement and Analysis for NPOs organized in November 2013 in Singapore.
Integrating other international frameworks for green enterprises and sustainable awards, this framework enables assessments of the environmental performance and productivity of enterprises. The aim is to encourage positive contributions to society while promoting corporate competitiveness through innovation.
Findings from the research and assessment of Green Productivity (GP) needs for APO member countries conducted by the Center of Excellence on GP during the second half of 2013 are presented. National experts from 13 APO member countries undertook the research based on rapid assessment methods, questionnaire surveys, and stakeholder meetings.
