The National Productivity Master Plan (NPMP) Five Thrust Programs

A five-session program delivered between June and November 2026 to deepen stakeholder understanding of the five NPMP thrusts and support the development of sectoral action plans through facilitated implementation planning and coordination.

As part of this program, a stakeholder meeting and discussion on implementing the National Productivity Master Plan will be convened on 19 November 2026 in Ulaanbaatar. The meeting will bring together 45 participants from more than 30 organizations responsible for implementing the Plan to strengthen shared understanding of the NPMP objectives and targets, implementation and organizational arrangements, monitoring and evaluation, and the respective roles of participating institutions.

Through technical presentations, questions and answers, and implementation-focused discussion, the activity is expected to strengthen stakeholder coordination and generate practical inputs for sectoral action planning and follow-up under the NPMP.
