APO Secretary-General’s Visit to Pakistan, 2–7 June 2008

APO Secretary-General Shigeo Takenaka recently visited Pakistan in conjunction with the training course on Postharvest Management of Horticultural Crops: Fruit and Vegetable Chains. The training course, held on 2−7 June 2008, was co-organized by the APO and FAO in collaboration with the local counterparts of National Productivity Organization, Social Sciences Division (SSD) of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC). The visit to Pakistan and the training course were captured by local media as featured in the links at right.
