Delegation of Royal Thai Armed Forces visits the APO Secretariat

A 45-member delegation of the Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTARF) visited the APO Secretariat in Tokyo on 14 March 2017. The delegation, led by Commanding General of the National Defence Studies Institute Surasith Thaworn, visited the Secretariat to understand the various productivity measurement tools and approaches to public-sector performance management.

The group also included Chief of Staff of the National Defence Studies Institute Lieutenant General Narane Siriphubarn and Group Captain Sipat Namwat of the Joint Staff College. During the visit, the delegation was briefed on different aspects of APO operations and programs. While appreciating the e-learning initiatives of the APO, the guests hoped that more courses would be developed that could benefit RTARF staff as well.
