Making APO’s 55th anniversary date even more memorable was a visit by the 9th and former APO Secretary-General Mr. Ryuichiro Yamazaki to receive his award of the APO Honorary Fellow 2015. Mrs. Yamazaki also accompanied and attended the brief ceremony held at the APO Secretariat, 11 May, as staff recognized the contributions of former SG Yamazaki to the organization during his tenure between September 2010 and September 2013.
