Secretary-General Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata Visits EcoPro2022

12 Dec 2022

Responding to a recommendation by Prof. Emeritus Ryoichi Yamamoto, who created the exhibition called “EcoPro,” APO Secretary-General Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata visited EcoPro2022 at Tokyo Big Sight on 9 December 2022.

The EcoPro environmental exhibitions started in Japan in 1999, and EcoPro2022 is the 24th in the series. The exhibitions showcase ways to address environmental challenges and meet the SDGs by creating a sustainable society. Representatives of the public and private sectors, academia, and NGOs display their products, services, activities, projects, and other environmental efforts at the exhibitions.

Secretary-General Dr. Indra joined a guided tour given by the organizers and visited booths sponsored by public- and private-sector exhibitors to gain the latest information on state-of-the-art environmental technology, trending issues, and actions that could potentially contribute to the APO’s ongoing development of the Green Productivity (GP) 2.0 concept.
