Community Enterprise Approach for Productive Gainsharing in a Farm Community

This P-Talk introduces a successful gainsharing practice in an informal small farmers’ community through the community enterprise approach (CEA). Sakiul Millat Morshed, Executive Director of Shikkha Shastha Unnayan Karzakram (SHISUK), Bangladesh, explains his CEA concept and presents a case in Bangladesh showing how the CEA emphasizes the involvement of all informal community members and facilitates the alignment of individual and community interests through a productive gainsharing scheme.
