APO and Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance Discuss Cooperation on Productivity and Growth

On 27 February 2026, APO Secretary-General Dr. Indra Pradana Singawinata received a delegation from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia at the APO Secretariat. The delegation was led by Dr. Yogi Rahmayanti, Director of Regional and Bilateral Cooperation. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange views and explore potential areas of cooperation between the APO and Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance.

In his remarks, Secretary-General Dr. Indra welcomed the delegation and acknowledged Indonesia’s longstanding engagement with the APO since 1968, highlighting ongoing cooperation and planned initiatives on Green Productivity and the Indonesia National Productivity Master Plan. Dr. Yogi outlined recent restructuring within the Ministry of Finance, emphasizing the need for continued capacity building and stronger partnerships between the Ministry of Finance and the APO. She also underscored the importance of productivity in achieving Indonesia’s national growth target and strengthening long-term economic resilience.

The meeting continued with presentations and discussions on the Indonesia National Productivity Master Plan, its role in supporting long-term growth and structural transformation, and Green Productivity 2.0 initiatives, including an interactive demonstration of the GP mapping and GP rating system developmental prototypes.
