Productivity Talk on 9 March 2021

The APO Presents Productivity Talk on Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI) for Productivity on 9 March 2021

In this P-Talk, Strategyn founder/CEO Anthony Ulwick, creator of the Jobs-to-Be-Done theory and outcome-driven innovation concept, will discuss customer-centricity, turning customers’ needs into innovation, and why it is important to listen to complaints and feedback to bring about innovation. Strategies and processes to identify important but poorly served and unimportant but overserved segments, along with jobs and outcomes, will show practitioners how to start on innovation in their fields.
