  The Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), formerly known as the National Productivity Corporation, was established in 1962 as a joint project between the United Nations Special Fund and the Federal Government, with the International Labour Organization acting as its executing agency. Its vision is to be the leading organization in productivity enhancement for global competitiveness and innovation. The MPC’s mission is to deliver high-impact services to achieve performance excellence through innovation for the betterment of life.
The MPC’s corporate objectives are to:

  • Provide value-added information on productivity, quality, competitiveness, and best practices through research activities and databases;
  • Develop human capital and organizational excellence for building a knowledge-based society through training, systems development, and best practices; and
  • Nurture an innovative, creative culture through productivity and quality promotion and partnership programs.
