Applying Behavioral Insights in Public Services in the Digital Age


As governments around the world undergo digital transformation, new opportunities to enhance public service delivery through behavioral insights are emerging.

In this P-Talk, Professor Naomi Aoki from the University of Tokyo explores how public authorities can leverage digital tools to encourage positive citizen behavior and use nudges to increase adoption of digital government services. Drawing on real-world case studies, Professor Aoki discusses how to evaluate these interventions and translate findings into meaningful improvements in the design and delivery of public services.
