In the postpandemic period, many public-sector organizations have adopted flexible/hybrid work arrangements. This shift has implications for employees, requiring them to adopt digital technologies and innovation, while ensuring service delivery and enhancing productivity.
The APO has undertaken various initiatives to improve the motivation and skill level of public officials, strengthen management systems, and enhance performance given the changing environment and current commitment to public-service renewal in many members.
This training course is based on the APO Public-sector Productivity Program Framework and course manual on Developing Productivity Specialists in the Public Sector. It will explain concepts, approaches, tools, and techniques to develop participants’ competencies as publicsector productivity specialists. The NPOs are encouraged to give priority for the participants who completed this course to attend the face-to-face in the future.
