Productivity Trends, October–December 2025

This quarter’s Productivity Trends (P-Trends) session highlights the emerging signals shaping productivity between October and December 2025.

Led by Dr. Tuomo Kuosa, Director of Futures Research at Futures Platform, Finland, the session distills thousands of foresight signals into six productivity-shaping trends: microcredential mobility networks, AI-generated operational twins for public services, heat-adaptive infrastructure planning systems, cross-border resilience corridors, evidence-led anticorruption automation, and ethical AI deployment standards for productivity systems.

These insights highlight three productivity opportunities for member economies: stronger digital competitiveness, greater climate and demographic resilience, and trust as a productivity enabler.
