Startup-centric Innovation


Innovation plays a central role in boosting productivity. In this P-Talk, Associate Dean of Global Engagement Dr. Robyn Klingler-Vidra, King’s College London, UK shares research results from a global study that seeks to operationalize startup-centric innovation policy into key attributes to provide policymakers with actionable insights into the language and parameters to use when designing specific policy types.

Natural language processing (NLP) techniques to identify key attributes in the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Atlas policy database, consisting of 298 startup policies from 192 countries, are explained.
