Workshop on Standardization of the Certified Productivity Specialists Assessment Framework

The APO Accreditation Program strengthens the competency and credibility of productivity practitioners, reinforcing the APO’s role as the leading regional authority on productivity. As the number of CBs and certified productivity specialists grows, it is important to ensure that certification processes are implemented consistently in all member economies. Periodic meetings and discussions among CBs are therefore necessary to review practices, identify gaps, and clarify expectations of the assessment process, competency evaluation, and quality assurance.

This workshop will provide an opportunity for CBs to review and discuss the overall certification process, from preparatory courses to examinations and assessments. It will facilitate the development of a unified Productivity Specialists Assessment Framework aligned with international standards, potential revision of current certification schemes, and identification of emerging needs and future directions of the APO Accreditation Program in line with Vision 2030.
