Description The hospitality sector plays an important role in the global economy by creating employment opportunities and supporting economic development. However, it faces ongoing challenges, including labor intensity, rising costs, and higher guest expectations, highlighting the need for selective and well-governed AI adoption. When managed responsibly, AI can enhance customer experience and productivity. However, these benefits can only be realized when challenges related to data quality, privacy, and algorithmic bias are addressed, especially as global data protection laws expand. Successful implementation is also subject to quality staff training, ongoing support, and employee acceptance.
