The APO Presents Productivity Talk on Gainsharing for Productive Agriculture on 16 September 2021

The productivity and quality of employment are key factors in the performance of an enterprise. Gainsharing is a management system applied by an organization or enterprise to enhance its performance through the involvement and participation of its employees. Thus, employees always try to make maximum efforts for higher productivity, which ultimately benefits them in different forms like cash or capacity and skill development.

In this talk, Harjeet Singh, Co-Founder, Satat Sampada Pvt. Ltd., India, will discuss concepts and tools of productivity gainsharing, how gainsharing and profit sharing contribute to agricultural productivity enhancement, gainsharing pricing policies and practices in the Indian agriculture system, and farmer product pricing as part of social enterprise ownership.
