1 Jun 2010

The new national productivity organization for Mongolia is now in operation.

Located across the street from the parliamentary building in the heart of Ulaanbaatar, the MPO is seeking “to contribute to the development and rapid growth of the national economy and improve the social well-being of the Mongolian people, through productivity enhancement programs and nationwide productivity movement initiatives undertaken in collaboration with the government, industries, unions, and academia.”

MPO’s vision is “to be the organization that acts as the core of the national productivity movement and sets and maintains the standards of productivity to match best practices, to enable Mongolia to develop productive, world-class human resources.”

Led by NPO Director Davaardorj Delgertsogt, the team of four full-time staff, reinforced by part-time talent, plans to recruit more staff beginning this summer.

MPO seeks to achieve sustainable productivity growth at the national level, through improved human and capital productivity.
