The APO Presents Productivity Talk on New Normal, New Tourism on 10 November 2020

Tourism made up 10% of global GDP in 2019, with net tourism receipts worth USD9 trillion. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has upended the tourism industry in the Asia-Pacific.

Digital Tourism Director Muzammil Bin Mardzuki, Think and Act Tourism (TAAT) Academy, Malaysia, and Co-founder Gunbiligt Bayasgalan, Shaman Tour LLC, Mongolia, will share strategies to reset the tourism sector to the new normal, including how to reopen and manage related businesses in ways that are safe, attractive, and economically viable.
